Episode 4 – Wrap Up
The final part of my discussion with Dr Jonathan Egan (Clinical Psychologist) about how to manage anxiety, stress and depression during the pandemic for people with MS, or any chronic illness.
In this part we answer some listeners questions about managing babies and young children, and also the how to handle the disappointment of an ineffective new medicine which has negative side effects.
We also discuss how each person should use different methods. No two people are the same and we all have different triggers and motivations. Finding the right tools can increase your vitality.
