I am a participant in a new study that is being conducted by the Centre for Pain Research, National University of Ireland – Galway, and the MS Society of Ireland about the benefits of mindfulness in treating MS. This research is being conducted online, and they are actively looking for participants. This is what the study is about:

Comparing the clinical- and cost-effectiveness of an internet-delivered mindfulness-based programme with a wait-list control among adults with Multiple Sclerosis

Studies like these can help to find new ways of treating MS.

If you are interested in taking part, please contact them via email: painresearch@nuigalway.ie. You can also visit the Centre for Pain Research’s website at: http://www.nuigalway.ie/centre-for-pain-research/ for more information on this and other research projects.
